Put forward an idea for the community. Every suggestion stays public, keeps its author's name on it, and can be cited by anyone arguing for or against it.
Members vote, and the bar slides with the membership: a suggestion carries when more than half of all members back it. Right now that's 5 of 0 members. A thousand members means 501. The majority decides what this place becomes — not the person who wrote the code. Read the charter.
